Then the dim sum cart came by, and we selected some items, and the whole process that we had envisioned changed. I passed this to my wife, so that she could select items that she had a particular interest in. We received the dim sum menu, and I started to mark the items I was interested in trying. We arrived a bit before noon, and there was no problem finding parking or getting a table. We were on Alameda, and since we both love dim sum, and reviews were generally positive, we thought we would give it a try.
